 and supplied with screws, screw caps and wall plugs. 

The photo shows an example of the White infill but you can choose from White, Silver or Gold 

I can usually engrave the slate with most fonts but I will engrave it using Times New Roman unless other is requested

I will set the plaque out the way I think looks best unless otherwise stated.
